If you are ready for a super intensive health program with your weekends free to relax and explore the unique destination area of Clarkstons/Lewiston Washington/Idaho- this program is for you!
Limited to only 10 participants- accepted on a first come, first serve basis. This October program has already had people sign up as early as April so get your place reserved fast!
Come with your RV and camp at one of the lovely parks near the Clarkston SDA Church. We find that many participants have family or friends in this area. Monday through Friday participants attend the program from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Wrapped into this program is the 10 Day Daniel Diet Education combined with daily therapies designed to help your body detoxify and heal. You will enjoy delicious (and healthful) meals which you will make under the direction of our Cooks. This enables you to have an arsenal of tried and true recipes and tips when you head home.
To add to the intense nature of this program each weekday ends with an optional prophecy seminar at 5:30-6:30 pm.

Immediately following a Health Seminar by Barbara O'Neil the church will host a 10 day Health Retreat. Keep checking back for the details!
2026 ONSITE KMHR PROGRAMS
Here's how it works at KMHR, when we recieve the down payment and medical history form from the first person registering for a scheduled session, we lock in the date. The number of people which are admitted to each session is dependant on the anticipated schedule/needs of guests on a first come basis. We will still run the Retreat session, even if only one person signs up. When the schedule fills, we will mark the session Closed. If you have specific time constraints please schedule (get your medical history form and down-payment to us) early!
